§ 1 SDSG
Purpose
(1)1This Act establishes the supplementary provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1, L 314, 22.11.2016, p. 72), as amended from time to time. 2At the same time, it regulates, within the limits of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, specific requirements for the processing of personal data.
(2)In addition, this Act establishes provisions for the processing of personal data that do not fall within the scope of application of Union law within the meaning of Article 2(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. zur Einzelansicht § 1
