Corresponding application
(1)The provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and of this Act shall apply accordingly to activities that do not fall within the scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, unless otherwise provided by law.
(2)Paragraph 1 shall also apply to the non-automated processing of personal data that are not stored or intended to be stored in a filing system; Articles 30, 35 and 36 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall not apply to such processing.
