§ 19 SDSG
(1)Performance of the tasks pursuant to Articles 57 and 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679; other tasks and duties to cooperate
(2)1The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall perform the tasks pursuant to Article 57 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 2In doing so, he or she shall monitor compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, this Act and other data protection provisions.
(3)1The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall be consulted before the adoption of legal and administrative provisions that concern the processing of personal data. 2He or she shall be informed in good time of plans by the Land or the municipalities and municipal associations, as well as other legal persons under public law subject to the supervision of the Land, for the establishment of automated information systems, insofar as personal data are to be processed in such systems.
(4)1The state government shall submit a written or electronic statement to the state parliament on the parts of the activity report of the State Commissioner for Data Protection pursuant to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 that concern the state government. 2This statement should be submitted to the state parliament within six months of the presentation of the activity report. zur Einzelansicht § 19
