Application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(1)For the processing of personal data by public bodies, subject to other provisions, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) shall also apply outside the material scope of application of Art. 2 paras. 1 and 2 GDPR. Art. 30, 35 and 36 GDPR shall apply only insofar as the processing is carried out by automated means or the data are stored in a filing system or are intended to be stored in a filing system.
