Art. 20 BayDSG
Recourse to the Supervisory Authorities (on Art. 77 GDPR)
(1)Any person may contact the supervisory authorities with the claim that their rights have been violated in the processing of their personal data. No disadvantages shall result for the data subject from having recourse to the supervisory authorities.
(2)Rights of access to or inspection of files and records of the supervisory authorities shall not exist.
