Cooperation (on Art. 51 GDPR)
(1)The Bavarian supervisory authorities shall regularly exchange the experience gained in the fulfilment of their tasks and shall support each other in the performance of their tasks. A supervisory authority shall be entitled to transmit personal data to other supervisory authorities for the purpose of supervision.
(2)Insofar as several supervisory authorities have competence for a matter of the European Data Protection Board, they shall exercise their participation rights by mutual agreement.
