§ 10 SächsDSG

Notification of the data subject affected by a personal data breach

(1)In addition to Article 34(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the controller shall refrain from notifying the data subject affected by a personal data breach insofar as and for as long as
(2)Section 8(3) shall apply accordingly.
