Transitional provision
(1)1The Saxon Data Protection Commissioner in office at the time of entry into force of this Act shall be deemed to have been appointed pursuant to Section 16(1) sentence 4. 2The official relationship shall be deemed to have commenced pursuant to Section 16(3) sentence 1. 3The term of office shall end on 31 December 2021. 4Upon entry into force of this Act, the civil servants and employees of the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner shall be transferred from the state parliament to the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner.
