Activity report
(1)The Federal Commissioner shall draw up an annual report on his or her activities, which may include a list of the types of violations notified and the types of measures taken, including the sanctions imposed and the measures taken pursuant to Article 58 Subsection (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The Federal Commissioner shall transmit the report to the German Bundestag, the Bundesrat and the Federal Government and shall make it accessible to the public, the European Commission and the European Data Protection Board.
