Procedures for transfers
(1)The controller shall verify the quality of personal data before their transfer. To this end, all available information shall, where feasible, be used to ensure that data which are inaccurate or out of date are not transferred. To this end, the controller shall, as far as practicable, add information to any transfer of personal data enabling the receiving controller or processor to assess the degree of accuracy, completeness and reliability of the data and the extent to which they are up to date.
(2)Where it becomes apparent that incorrect data or data which should not have been transferred have been transferred, the recipient shall be notified without delay.
(3)Personal data shall be transferred only for the purposes referred to in Section 45.
