Clemency proceedings

(1)In clemency proceedings, the competent bodies may process the data required for a pardon, including special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Articles 13 to 15 and 19 of the General Data Protection Regulation shall not apply.
