§ 50 NDSG
General information
(1)The controller shall make the following information available in a general form and accessible to everyone:
(2)the purposes for which personal data are processed in the context of the controller's tasks,
(3)the rights of data subjects with regard to the processing of their personal data, including the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing,
(4)the name and contact details of the controller and of the data protection officer, and
(5)the existence of the right to lodge a complaint with the authority headed by the Land Commissioner for Data Protection, as well as that authority's contact details.
