§ 14 HmbDSG

Pardon proceedings

(1)In pardon proceedings, the processing of personal data, including data within the meaning of Article 9(1) and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, shall be permissible insofar as it is necessary for the exercise of the right of pardon by the competent bodies. Only Articles 5 to 7 and Chapter IV, with the exception of Article 33, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
