§ 27 HmbDSG
Administrative offences
(1)An administrative offence is committed by any person who, with regard to personal data that are not publicly known, 1. processes such data without authorisation, or 2. causes such data to be transmitted to himself or herself or to another person by pretending false facts.
(2)The administrative offence may be sanctioned with a fine of up to twenty-five thousand euros. zur Einzelansicht § 27
