Criminal Provisions
(1)A penalty of imprisonment of up to two years or a fine shall be imposed on anyone who 1 contrary to Section 5(1), intercepts a message or similarly takes note of it,; 2 contrary to Section 5(2) sentence 1, makes a communication, or; 3 contrary to Section 8(1), manufactures or makes available on the market a telecommunications installation referred to therein.
(2)Where the offender acts negligently in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 No. 3, the penalty shall be imprisonment of up to one year or a fine.
