§ 5 TDDDG

Prohibition of Interception, Duty of Confidentiality of Operators of Radio Installations

(1)A radio installation (Section 3(1) No. 1 of the Radio Equipment Act) may only be used to intercept or similarly take note of messages intended for the operator of the radio installation, for radio amateurs within the meaning of Section 2 No. 1 of the Amateur Radio Act, for the general public, or for an indeterminate group of persons.
(2)The content of messages other than those referred to in paragraph 1 and the fact of their reception must not, even if reception occurs unintentionally, be communicated to others, including by persons for whom a duty of confidentiality does not already arise under Section 3. Section 3(4) shall apply accordingly.
(3)The interception or similar taking note of and the forwarding of messages on the basis of a specific statutory authorisation shall remain unaffected.
