Rights of the Heir of the End User and Other Authorised Persons
(1)The secrecy of telecommunications does not preclude the exercise of rights against the provider of the telecommunications service where such rights are exercised not by the affected end user but by the end user's heir or another authorised person empowered to exercise the rights of the end user.
