Data processing in the employment context
(1)Public bodies may process data, including data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of applicants and employees, subject to specific statutory or collective bargaining provisions, only in accordance with the Land Civil Service Act.
(2)Data of employees that are processed in the course of implementing technical and organisational measures for data security may not be evaluated for the purposes of monitoring conduct or performance. zur Einzelansicht § 15
