Activity report
(1)The Land Commissioner shall draw up an annual report on his or her activities, which may contain a list of the types of breaches notified and the types of measures taken. The Land Commissioner shall transmit the report to the Land Parliament and to the Land Government and shall make it available to the public, the European Commission and the European Data Protection Board.
