General information on data processing
(1)The controller shall make the following information available in a general form and accessible to everyone: 1. the purposes of the processing carried out by the controller, 2. the rights of data subjects with regard to the processing of their personal data, including the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, 3. the name and contact details of the controller and of the data protection officer, 4. the right to lodge a complaint with the Land Commissioner, and 5. the contact details of the Land Commissioner. zur Einzelansicht § 31
