Joint controllers
(1)Where two or more controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing, they shall be deemed to be joint controllers. Joint controllers shall establish their respective tasks and data protection responsibilities in a transparent manner in an arrangement, unless these are already laid down by legal provisions. The arrangement shall in particular specify who is responsible for which duties to inform and how and to whom data subjects can exercise their rights. Such an arrangement shall not prevent data subjects from exercising their rights against each of the joint controllers. zur Einzelansicht § 39
