Procedure for the erasure of personal data
(1)Insofar as public bodies are obliged under a legal provision to offer records to a public archive for transfer, erasure or destruction of personal data shall be permissible only after the records have been offered to the public archive and the archive has declined to accept the records as not being of archival value or has not taken over the records within a period prescribed by legal provision. zur Einzelansicht § 6
