Judicial remedy
(1)For disputes between a public body or natural person and the State Commissioner concerning rights pursuant to Section 2(6) in conjunction with Article 78(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Section 20 of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
