Communications to the technical or legal supervisory authority
(1)Where the State Commissioner exercises the powers pursuant to Article 58(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, he or she shall communicate this to the competent technical or legal supervisory authority. The responsible body shall, within one month after the measure pursuant to sentence 1 has been taken, submit a statement to the competent technical or legal supervisory authority. In that statement, the manner in which the responsible body has responded to the measure of the State Commissioner shall be presented and justified.
