Erasure of personal data
(1)Insofar as public bodies are required by a legal provision to offer records to a public archive for acquisition, erasure or destruction of personal data shall be permissible only after the records have been offered to the public archive and the archive has not acquired them as archival material. This shall also apply where the archive has not decided on the acquisition within a period determined by a legal provision.
