Criminal offence provision
(1)Any person who, for remuneration or with the intention of enriching himself or herself or another person, or of causing damage to another person, commits one of the acts referred to in Section 32(1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or with a fine. The offence shall only be prosecuted upon application. The data subjects, the controllers, the processors and the State Commissioner shall be entitled to file an application.
