Collection of personal data
(1)Where personal data are collected from a third person or from a non-public body, these shall, upon request, be informed of the purpose of the collection, insofar as the legitimate interests of the data subject are not thereby impaired. Where the data are collected on the basis of a legal provision requiring the provision of information, reference shall be made to the obligation to provide information; otherwise, reference shall be made to the voluntary nature of the information.
