Pardon proceedings
(1)In pardon proceedings, the processing of personal data, including data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, shall be permissible insofar as it is necessary for the exercise of the right of pardon by the competent bodies. This data processing shall not be subject to supervision by the State Commissioner.
(2)In pardon proceedings, only Articles 4 to 7 and Chapter IV, with the exception of Article 33, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
