Conduct of supervision
(1)The public bodies and their processors within the scope of application of this Act shall be obliged to support the State Commissioner and his or her authorised representatives in the performance of their tasks, and in particular to
(2)The inspection pursuant to sentence 1, number 1, may also be granted electronically.
(3)Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the authorities referred to in Section 11(3), sentence 1, insofar as the data processing does not fall within the scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the respective competent member of the Land government determines in the individual case that inspection of the documents and files would endanger the security of the Federation or of a Land. At the request of the State Commissioner, the Land government shall justify this in the competent committee of the Landtag in a confidential session. The decision of the committee may be published.
(4)Professional secrecy and official secrecy shall not release from the obligation to cooperate.
