Video surveillance
(1)The processing of personal data by means of optical-electronic devices (video surveillance) shall be lawful where this is necessary 1. for the exercise of the right of domiciliary authority, 2. for the protection of property or possession, or 3. for the control of access authorisations, and there are no indications that the overriding legitimate interests of the data subjects preclude such processing.
(2)The video surveillance, the information pursuant to Article 13(1)(a) to (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the possibility of obtaining further information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 from the controller shall be made recognisable by appropriate measures at the earliest possible point in time.
(3)Processing for other purposes shall only be lawful insofar as this is necessary for the prevention of threats to public security or for the prosecution of criminal offences. zur Einzelansicht § 11
