Statement by the state government on the activity report
(1)Insofar as the activity report of the supervisory authority pursuant to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 concerns the area of responsibility of the state government, the state government shall submit its statement to the state parliament within six months of the submission of this report.
