Independence
(1)The supervisory authority shall be independent in the exercise of its office and subject only to the law.
(2)The President of the state parliament shall not take any measures that directly or indirectly influence the member of the supervisory authority in the performance of its tasks and the exercise of its powers.
(3)The supervisory authority shall be subject to the audit by the State Court of Auditors insofar as its independence is not thereby impaired.
