Duty to cooperate
(1)Professional and official secrets shall not exempt from a duty to cooperate arising from the provisions of Article 58 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
(2)Where the supervisory authority exercises the powers pursuant to Article 58(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, it shall notify the competent specialist or legal supervisory authority thereof. The controller shall submit a statement to the competent specialist or legal supervisory authority within one month after the measure referred to in sentence 1 has been taken. This statement shall set out and justify how the measure of the supervisory authority is being addressed.
