Processing of personal data
(1)for the purposes of freedom of expression and information
(2)Insofar as personal data are processed in the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information for journalistic, artistic or literary purposes, only Article 5(1)(f) and Articles 24 and 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as well as Section 83 of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply from Chapters II to VII and IX of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Article 82 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Section 83 of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply with the proviso that liability shall only arise for damage caused by a breach of data secrecy or by insufficient technical or organisational measures pursuant to Article 5(1)(f) and Article 24 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
(3)Where the processing of personal data pursuant to paragraph 1 sentence 1 leads to the dissemination of counter-statements by the data subject or to declarations of commitment, orders or judgments on the cessation of dissemination or on the revocation of the content of the data, such counter-statements, declarations of commitment, orders, judgments and revocations shall be added to the stored data and kept there for the same period of time as the data themselves, and shall be transmitted together with the data in the event of a transmission. zur Einzelansicht § 12 Kapitel 2 Besondere Verarbeitungssituationen außerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679
