§ 14 DSG M-V

Clemency proceedings

(1)In clemency proceedings, the processing of personal data, including data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, shall be lawful insofar as it is necessary for the exercise of the right of pardon by the competent bodies. Such data processing shall not be subject to the supervision of the supervisory authority.
(2)In clemency proceedings, only Articles 5 to 7 and Chapter IV, with the exception of Article 33, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply accordingly.
