(1)Restriction of the duty to provide information upon collection of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(2)The controllers may refrain from providing the information pursuant to Article 13(1) to (3) and Article 14(1) to (4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to the extent and for as long as 1. the provision of information would endanger public safety or otherwise be detrimental to the welfare of the Federation or of a Land, 2. the provision of information would jeopardise the prosecution of criminal offences or administrative offences, or 3. the provision of information would lead to the disclosure of a matter that must be kept secret pursuant to a legal provision or because of the rights and freedoms of another person.
(3)The reasons for refraining from providing the information shall be documented. The provision of information shall be made up for once the reasons for refraining no longer exist. zur Einzelansicht § 10
