Administrative offences
(1)An administrative offence is committed by any person who 1. has or had official access to personal data that are not generally accessible at a public body or its processor and processes such data for a purpose other than that pertaining to official task performance, or 2. obtains, by pretending false facts, personal data that are processed within the scope of application of this Act and are not generally accessible, for himself or herself or for another person, or causes such data to be disclosed to himself or herself or to another person by means of transmission, dissemination or another form of making available.
(2)The administrative offence may be sanctioned with a fine of up to fifty thousand euros. zur Einzelansicht § 32
