Provisions for data processing for journalistic,
(1)artistic or literary purposes pursuant to Article 85 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(2)Where personal data are processed for journalistic, artistic or literary purposes, the data subjects shall only be entitled to the rights set out in paragraph 2. In all other respects, Chapters I, VIII, X and XI of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as Article 5(1)(f), Article 24 and Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, shall apply to the processing referred to in sentence 1. Article 82 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply with the proviso that liability shall arise only for inadequate measures pursuant to Article 5(1)(f), Article 24 and Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
(3)Any person affected by measures relating to a journalistic, artistic or literary disclosure of personal data, such as counter-statements, declarations of undertaking, court decisions or revocations, shall add these measures to the stored data and keep them there for the same period as the data themselves, and shall transmit them together with the data upon any transmission of the data. zur Einzelansicht § 25
