Pardon proceedings
(1)In pardon proceedings, the competent bodies may process the data necessary for a pardon, including special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The data processing shall not be subject to supervision by the State Commissioner for Data Protection. In pardon proceedings, only Articles 5 to 7 and Chapter IV, with the exception of Articles 31 and 33, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall apply.
