Restriction of the notification obligation pursuant to
(1)Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(2)The controllers may refrain from the notification pursuant to Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to the extent and for as long as 1. the notification would endanger public safety or otherwise be detrimental to the welfare of the Federation or of a Land, 2. the notification would jeopardise the prosecution of criminal offences or administrative offences, 3. the notification would lead to the disclosure of a matter that must be kept secret pursuant to a legal provision or because of the rights and freedoms of another person, or 4. the notification would endanger the security of automated information systems.
(3)Section 10(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
