§ 36 DSG LSA

Restriction of fundamental rights

(1)This Act restricts the fundamental right to the protection of personal data within the meaning of Article 2(1) in conjunction with Article 1(1) of the Basic Law and Article 6(1), sentence 1, of the Constitution of the Land of Sachsen-Anhalt.
