Ensuring data protection
(1)The supreme Land authorities, the municipalities and municipal associations, as well as other legal persons governed by public law subject to the supervision of the Land and their associations regardless of their legal form, shall each ensure the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, this Act and other legal provisions on data protection within their respective areas of responsibility.
