§ 47 DSG NRW
General information on data processing operations
(1)The controller shall make available, in general form and accessible to anyone, information on
(2)1. the purposes of the processing operations carried out by him or her,
(3)2. the rights of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, including access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing,
(4)3. the contact details of the controller and the contact details of the official data protection officer,
(5)4. the right, pursuant to Section 60, to lodge a complaint with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, and
(6)5. the contact details of the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
