§ 71 DSG NRW
Restriction of fundamental rights
(1)By this Act, the fundamental right to informational self-determination and the fundamental right to the protection of personal data pursuant to Article 2(1) in conjunction with Article 1(1) of the Basic Law in conjunction with Article 4(1) and Article 4(2), sentence 1, of the Constitution of the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia are restricted.
