Activity report, expert opinions
(1)The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information may supplement the annual report to be prepared pursuant to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 every second calendar year with a description of his or her activities in the field of freedom of information. The report on freedom of information shall be clearly separated in content from the activity report to be prepared pursuant to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Joint publication shall be permissible. The report shall be submitted to the Landtag and the Land government. The Land government shall provide a written response thereto to the Landtag.
(2)The Landtag may commission the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to prepare expert opinions on data protection matters.
