Applicability of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(1)The provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 shall, by way of derogation from the provision in Section 5(8), in principle not apply accordingly to the provisions of this Section, unless the provisions of this Section provide for the application of individual provisions.
