§ 67 DSG NRW
Supplementary application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(1)The provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on
(2)1. data protection by design and by default pursuant to Article 25(1) and (2),
(3)2. joint controllers pursuant to Article 26,
(4)3. processing under the authority of the controller or processor pursuant to Article 29,
(5)4. cooperation with the supervisory authority pursuant to Article 31,
(6)5. notification of the data subject affected by a personal data breach pursuant to Article 34,
(7)6. the designation, position and tasks of the official data protection officer pursuant to Articles 37 to 39,
(8)7. mutual assistance pursuant to Article 61, and
(9)8. the right to an effective judicial remedy against a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 78(1) to (3)
(10)as well as the provisions of Part 2 of this Act enacted for their implementation shall apply accordingly to data processing within the meaning of Section 1(2) of this Act.
