§ 4 DSG NRW
Definition
(1)In addition to Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the term 'anonymisation' means the modification of personal data in such a manner that individual details concerning personal or factual circumstances can no longer be attributed, or can only be attributed with a disproportionate expenditure of time, cost and labour, to an identified or identifiable natural person.
