Further tasks of the State Commissioner for Data Protection
(1)(Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 49 of Directive (EU) 2016/680)
(2)The State Commissioner for Data Protection shall prepare an annual report on his or her activities pursuant to Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 49 of Directive (EU) 2016/680. This shall be published as an electronic document and transmitted electronically to the Landtag and the Land government.
(3)The Minister-President shall arrange for a statement by the Land government on the report pursuant to paragraph 1 and shall submit it to the Landtag within four months.
(4)The report pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be subject to preliminary discussion in the advisory board to the State Commissioner for Data Protection.
(5)The Landtag or the Land government may, without prejudice to his or her independence, request the State Commissioner for Data Protection 1. to prepare expert opinions on data protection questions and to submit reports, or 2. to review data protection matters within their area of responsibility. zur Einzelansicht § 10
