Processing on behalf
(1)(Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
(2)Where the provisions of this Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or the Federal Data Protection Act are not applicable to the processor, the controller shall be obliged to ensure by contract that the processor complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and this Act.
